You’ve already taken your first step by realising that counselling may help you move forward in your life and researching for someone who can help.
When you get in touch with us there is no commitment, but an opportunity to talk about how you are feeling, ask questions and get a better sense of what counselling is about. You will then be able to decide if you feel that we can help you. We’ll also have questions, and these are to make sure we have the experience to help you untangle what is going on for you. If we don’t have the right experience, we are going to be upfront about it and help you find someone who does.
